Our main branch is situated in Walvis Bay and have a sales division operating from Windhoek.

On-Site Service
On-Site Service is not new to us. Over the past few years, we’ve had mobile workshops on various mines, catering to the needs of several different groups and contractors. We currently have a contract and good standing relationship with Rio Tinto (Rössing Mine). We have a team of technicians manufacturing hydraulic hoses 24/7 throughout the year. At this stage, we also have a workshop container providing a service to Swakop Uranium and other contractors on a daily basis. All our hose technicians have received training and are qualified to do the job.
OEM Supply
Pirtek provides service and supply programs to many O.E.M (Original Equipment Manufacturers) on a local and global basis. Pirtek has developed a strong international network which now provides service and supply to companies such as Komatsu, Sandvik Mining & Construction, Atlas Copco, JOY Global, Rham Equipment and many others.
Pirtek O.E.M supply programs have been developed to ensure that O.E.M’s receive a high level of service and value-added support. The national network of Pirtek Service Centres and Mobile Service Vehicles provide the best level of aftermarket support for equipment manufacturers. Pirtek is the logical choice for equipment manufacturing to aftermarket support.
Mobile Service
As an additional service, we have two Mobile Units designed as a workshop equipped with a crimping machine and cut off saw, capable of manufacturing hydraulic hoses on-site. With our units, we are able to build high-pressure hoses up to 1.1/4” with a wide range of fittings and adaptors, available 24/7 every day of the year.
